1. Business accounts

You confirm you are authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information.
• Comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Be responsible for content posted from your business account.

3. Storefronts and beacons

Business features such as storefronts and beacons are governed by their own policies — see Storefront Policy and Beacon Usage Policy.

4. Suspension

We may suspend business accounts that breach these terms or our policies.
