These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Blimp app and related services (the “Service”), provided by Blimp (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for your account and for keeping it secure.
• You are responsible for the content you post and share.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Post harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service.

4. Content and licence

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Blimp Premium is an auto-renewing subscription offered at £79.99/yr · £9.99/mo.
• Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Prices may change; we will give notice as required.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple / the App Store under their policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blimp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom & The Swiss Confederation.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
